Our fulfillment and shipping process is transparent. When you place an order, your coffee will be roasted, and packaged. This generally happens within 2-5 business days, but may take longer depending on the circumstance.

Once your order is processed, it will ship with UPS, USPS, or FedEx. Shipping generally takes 1-5 business days, but it may take longer depending on the circumstance.

You are getting the freshest coffee available, and we try not to rush that.

To avoid longer wait times, try subscribing. You can schedule when you want your coffee order placed to always have fresh coffee available.
